華航因為持續引進新機，舊機也將陸續汰換，目前已經有6架波音737-800客機求售。







  • 華航首架A350-900XWB客機昨（30）日開始交機，由於前4架新機交期延誤2～14個月，以每延誤一天6萬美元賠償金計，華航總計可獲逾5千萬美元的賠償。

    由於華航客機是以20年計算折舊，出售747客機估計會有虧損，A340機齡約14年，因買價低，賣機有機會兩平，華航將分批處理以利財務表現。

    不過華航高階表示，賠償金訂有上限的，且並非全部付現，部分會以訓練費、零件費折抵，因屬保密條款無法透露內容，至於在帳上如何表現也還要研究，可能會列成本減項，也有可能當業外收入。

    法人估算，華航預定今年內交機的4架A350客機，是2008年訂購，原預定2012年開始交機，後因系統問題，延至2015年7月交機，據了解，華航已領過1次賠償金，後因故再延1年至今年7月交機，到了今年6月初又宣布再延兩個月，因此前兩架是共延了14個月交機，後兩架是延兩個月交機，粗估總賠償金額約有5,700多萬美元。
